INFECTION CONTROL IS EVERYTIME
-Some covid-19 restrictions are still here so stay alert, do the right thing and save lives.
-We would like to advise all staff to maintain a high level of infection control at all times more so with the threat of Coronavirus.
-Stay at home and call for the emergency services in case you feel any of symptoms of the virus(check the
NHS website
for symptoms and advise).
-Use the
PPE
provided, if you feel you are not comfortable with the PPE situation then discuss with your manager otherwise contact our office immediately. Be safe than sorry.
-Remember your health and wellbeing and that of our clients is very important. Do your bit! We are in this together.
Timesheets-To confirm you've worked!
-Ensure you have enough timesheets.
-Every timesheets should be fully completed and authorised.
-Do not duplicate timesheets.
-No timesheet No payment.
-Send in your timesheet on time.
-Send your timesheets by post, email, Whats App or drop in person at the office near you.
-Remember you are responsible for your timesheet completion, authorisation and receipt by us.
-Where client does not use timesheets,
clock in and clock out
will be used instead.
-Ensure you
deduct breaks
from the total hours worked as you will not be paid for any breaks not taken/deducted.
ID Badges-You want to be you!
-Carry your
ID badge
at all times with you while going to work.
-To be worn at all times while on duty unless advised not to by the client.
-It is your responsibility to keep your ID badge safe. You are responsible for the replacement cost in case it's lost or damaged.
Uniforms-Kitted out for work!
-To be worn at all times while on duty unless instructed otherwise.
-Do not
wear your uniforms from home or from work- infection control
!!!
Mobile phones and Electronic Gadgets
-Prohibited
at all times while on duty.
-We operate a ZERO
tolerance policy on phones and gadgets usage ( Dismissal very likely).
-Ask the person in charge permission to call our office in case of any emergencies.
-Do not use client's electrical charging ports and or chargers without prior permission.
Weather Conditions-3 seasons in a day!
-Remember to dress comfortably for work and follow the right dressing code.
Time Management-Time is Money!
-Follow signing in/out rules at the workplace.
-Remember clients who use clock in/clock out system will only pay for correct clocking information.
-Ensure you have the accurate details of your shift and directions.
-No lateness allowed.
-Arrive in good time for your shift.
-Take a note of break times. Return to your work on time after breaks.
-Inform the office in advance of any lateness or cancellation of shift by calling

Payments-Money talk!
-Staff Wages are paid every week in arrears.

with any concern about your tax deductions or contact your tax adviser.
-Contact Payroll immediately if you miss payment or payment is inaccurate.
-Payroll department ensures every staff receive their payment on time.
-Any payments issues contact the payroll department other than tax advice.
-It's your responsibility to make sure your bank details are up to date.
-Any overpayments must be refunded to the company immediately.
Students Working Time Restrictions
Anyone working with us on a student visa MUST
adhere to the strict students rules of 20 hours
a week working time during term time. We require a letter from your place of study to show your studies schedules.
Any breach of the student rules will be reported immediately to Home Office and your contract terminated immediately.

Good work practice
-Follow the instructions relating to your work as given by the client ( unless you feel it is something against the law, then inform the manager at the unit or call our office immediately without leaving the workplace).

-All training update reminders will be sent out 5 weeks before the expiry of your current one.
-Kindly pick up suitable dates on the training calendar.
-Be sure to take your days off work for this important training.
-We have introduced a few more contents onto the usual mandatory subjects which you'll find very exciting and relevant.
