Your Duties as our Staff
  • You should be genuine and honest in providing information about your backgrounds throughout the recruitment process.
  • You should provide as required the details of suitable referees.
  • Give us full and frank disclosure on all relevant matters.
  • Be prepared to provide documentary evidence of qualifications.
  • Be prepared to pay for your first training and DBS with us where this applies.
  • Agree to appropriate checks being made about qualifications, right to work in the UK, health, criminal records and any other matters.
  • Work positively to the professional Code of Practice in place.
  • Attend all the training and renew your membership with relevant bodies as may be required.
  • To abide by an agreement you reach on accepting the employment.
  • Be flexible to work in different locations whenever required.
  • Time keeping at all times otherwise inform the relevant persons in good time in case of any delays, cancellation or emergency.
  • Finally, represent the company well  and protect the reputation of the company in every position and duties you perform.
